Have you ever wondered what teachers get up to on INSET days? Look no further than these photos- teachers and associate staff across The Merchant Taylors’ Oxfordshire Academy Trust collaborated over 2 days across a wide variety of workshops from assessment for learning to reducing cognitive load and EAL (English as an additional language) to mental health and wellbeing and much much more.
We were thrilled to be joined by student leaders across the Trust who also attended the workshops, curated the whole staff sessions and organised a fiendish quiz!
